Complete Wideout 2-Day Camps are comprised of 4 (four) field and 3 (three) classroom sessions over 2 (two) consecutive days. 1-Day Camps are comprised of 3 (three) field and 1 (one) classroom session, over a slightly longer day – typically running from 8:00am – 3:30pm.
Please note: Our 2-Day Camps are DAY CAMPS, not overnight.
CAMP SCHEDULE (Times may vary)
DAY ONE: 8:00am – 2:30pm (Check-in/Registration 8:00-8:30am)
- Two On-field Practice Sessions
- One Classroom/Chalk Talk Session
- Group Period – Reading Defensive Coverages
DAY TWO: 8:30am – 2:30pm (Please arrive by 8:15am)
- Two On-field Practice Sessions
- Two Classroom/Chalk Talk Sessions
- Group Period – Live Passing Period
Campers will have a 60-minute lunch break each day.
On Day Two, HS Wide Receivers, Parents and Coaches are invited to a lunchtime informational session: Planning to Be a College Athlete. The session will begin approximately 15 minutes after Camp breaks for lunch to allow Campers time to get lunch. The session will be most helpful for rising 8-12th grade Wide Receivers and parents, but is open to all.
Staff Coaches are available after Day Two of Camp for Parent, Player and/or Coach’s questions or comments.
ALL CAMPERS MUST BRING THE FOLLOWING
- A pair of football cleats (rubber only – no metal spikes).
- A snack or lunch – there will be a 60-minute break between morning & afternoon sessions.
- T-shirt and shorts.
- Sneakers – for indoor film sessions (and indoor workouts in event of inclement weather).
- Water/Sports Drink (optional).
- Gloves (optional)
CAMPERS SHOULD DO THE FOLLOWING:
- Arrive on time each day (our Camp is a day camp, NOT an overnight Camp), so you do not miss out on any of the benefits of Camp.
- Write your name clearly on the football you bring to Camp.
- Be prepared to work hard, learn, and have fun.
